Pictured below are 3 photos of our property as well as 2 sets of 3 artists concepts of our first 2 building plans. The top 3 show a 20 foot by 24 foot imprint on the land for our guest A frames cabins. we will build 1 at a time in close proximity to each other as needed. They will be built over an 8 foot wide by 20 foot long by 8 1/2 foot high shipping container which because the container is buried 8 feet in the ground will provide cool air (55 degrees) to circulate through the building during summer months and relatively warm air (again 55 degree) to need little extra warming during the winter months. The shop will actually consist of 2 40 feet by 8 feet by 8.5 feet tall which will be buried 5 feet into the earth (at 5 feet below ground level the earth is a constant 55 degrees F allowing us to draw that cool air into the rest of the building during summer and allowing to draw that warm air into the containers in the winter. meaning we will only need to use enough energy to get a comfortable environment. What isn't pictured is we will stack a second container on each buried one so the shop entrance will be 11 3/4 feet tall allowing a motorhome etc. to fit inside. We will be enclosing the front and back to make the entire structure weathertight.
We will use the 20 feet by 8 feet containers with A frame structures placed over them as Air BNB rentals when they aren't housing our musicians or artists that need to use our facilities for recording and dance.
Why Pokemon and what is our plan?
Our family is on a mission to build something meaningful—and we’re doing it one Pokémon card at a time.
My daughter, the founder of YNA Entertainment, has loved music all her life. Even after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus five years ago—while pregnant with her daughter Jessica—she never gave up on her dream of building a music business that uplifts, inspires, and empowers people through creativity. Despite daily challenges, she’s worked tirelessly to grow YNA into a business that can help others express themselves through music and art.
But like many families, we don’t come from money. We aren’t surrounded by investors or big donors. When we looked at platforms like GoFundMe, we saw people with heartbreaking stories and realized something important: if we want people to support our dream, we need to offer something back—something fun, valuable, and potentially life-changing.
That’s where Pokémon cards come in.
For the past four years, we’ve been making payments on a 2.3-acre parcel of land in South Central Oregon, where we plan to build the physical home of YNA Entertainment—a creative space, a safe campus, a future for Jessica and other young artists. Now we’re just $10,000 away from owning the land free and clear.
To raise that final amount—and to eventually fund utilities, equipment, and building materials—we’ve turned to a creative solution that brings joy to people around the world: collecting, grading, and giving away Pokémon cards.
💥 Here's How It Works:
We collect and sort large batches of Pokémon cards, carefully picking out the valuable ones. When a card is worth the investment, we send it to PSA for professional grading. Once it’s graded and authenticated, we either sell it or offer it as a prize in one of our raffles.
A supporter can purchase a $1 raffle entry to win a PSA-graded Pokémon card worth $45 (or more). That’s a chance to win big—a mini-lottery with a collectible that’s gaining value over time—while also knowing your $1 is going toward something real and lasting.
The idea is simple:

We are a startup dedicated to bringing you collectible Pokémon cards from various sources.
We have initially invested $2000 in quality cards with a vision to generate $10,000 profit.
We aim to build a Campus for YNA Entertainment, enhancing our operations with separate dance and recording studios as well as lodging for our artists while on campus. When not needed for our talent these tiny homes with be available as Air BNB rentals.
Pokemon4UNME is a proud subsidiary of YNA Entertainment, created as both a passion project and a strategic fundraising vehicle to support the development of our $200,000 recording and dance studio campus in South Central Oregon.
